Help-Pakistan.com is the brain-child of Dr. Awab Alvi, who after the earthquake immediately felt the need to harness the donating power of the billions of internet users in an attempt to help raise funds for this noble cause.  His work initially started with HelpPakistan.blogspot.com where he asked concerned Pakistani well wishers to help raise funds by clicking on Google Ads, but about 30 hours into the campaign we realized that this could be in a serious violation of the Google AdSense Terms and Conditions so immediately discontinued the "Spare a Click for Pakistan" Campaign, it was heartening to see that in the 30 hours of the effort hundreds of surfers swamped the website generating a massive total for Pakistan.  Due to the violation of the Google TOS the Help-Pakistan team has chosen not to accept these funds from Google and have requested the Googlers to with-hold this sum and maybe contribute the same to a charity of their choosing

With the team effort of Omer Alvie, Shahvez Fazail & Khurram Siddiqui all volunteers for Pakistan they have now launched this "Donate a Dollar for Pakistan" where we hope to raise a significant funds to help the victims of the earthquake in Pakistan.
